We ensure that all equipments are manufactured with reliable technology and qualified materials; and they comply with the specified requirements of quality, specification and performance in the contract. All the valves provided by our company are manufactured and checked according to related domestic standards like GB and JB, and other international standards, such as ANSI、API、JIS、BS、DIN etc. We ensure that all the valves are installed, operated and maintained properly. They will have satisfactory performance within their overall life cycle.
After the completion of the equipment manufacturing, we will do detailed and comprehensive inspection to the quality of equipment and the requirements of performance according to the contract stipulation. Once the quality reached the required of expected standards, we will issue the conformity certificate and inspection records. In addition, we will inform the buyers to inspect and accept the equipments in time.
The warranty period of the valves is 18 months after acceptance of installation and debugging. Within the warranty period, we are responsible for any deficiency or failure caused by design, technology and materials flaws. We will bear all the costs of replacing or repairing equipments and other relevant loss. Meanwhile, we will also extend the warranty period for those replaced and patched equipment parts accordingly. When it is out of warranty period, we still provide lifelong warranty maintenance for the valves we supplied and we only charge the cost of material and parts.
Commitment to after-sales service
(1) Field service
Within the valve equipment installation, commissioning and quality warranty period, we will send our well experienced engineers to the scene to provide reliable technical services. In specific:
In the period of installing and tuning, sending engineers or technician to direct the installation and technical services; Providing necessary training for the users, the users can skillfully operate the equipments; Guiding the valve operation test and equipment inspection, If the problems are found that equipment performance and original technical requirements biases due to our equipment, we are responsible for solving them, until meeting the requirements.
In the period of warranty: Send professional engineering and technical personnel guide operation
In the period of normal operation: According to the customer request, send relevant personnel to the site for customer service at any time when there is necessary. Provide lifelong repair service, only charge the accessories cost.
(2) Technical service and technical material
To ensure the engineering quality, we provide the installation, commissioning, maintenance and other relevant information.
We ensure timely delivery of the tender provisions relevant technical documents and drawings. We provide complete equipment installation manual, operation maintenance manual to our users when they need them. In addition, we supply first-class electrical equipments and technical services to meet the satisfaction of users. From time to time, we also send to the users with the detailed technical information of new products.
(3) Service response time limit
We will response all the quality complains within 2 hours; To deal with the quality issue, we will achieve the scene within 48 hours, until all problems are resolved.
